First things First, we need to run a System Integration Test (SIT)s and User Acceptance Test (UAT)s on your integration.

  1. Download the Test cases doc below and fill it accordingly. Provide the transaction response on each test case and update the status of the test.
  2. Share the updated Test case Doc to [email protected] for review.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)s sign-off

After submitting of the test cases , Our payouts team will review and engage immediately within our working hours .

Float Prefunding.

We operate on a prefunding model, unless we are collecting on our Checkout platform.
To fund your float account our operations team will share the accounts to which transfers will be made and upon receipt of the funds a sign off is given to proceed with Go live process.

Change Request

A Go live request is raised with our Approval Board that sits every Wednesday and Friday to review the service offering and merchant contract.

Deployment

After an approval is given, we schedule the production deployment on the subsequent Thursday and Tuesday night respectively. Production endpoint and credentials are shared at this point.

Production endpoints are public however IPs need to be whitelisted. This can be shared over the email with the peering engineer

Pilots Sign off

We will then conduct a pilots session where you will initiate transactions with minimum amounts using test accounts to our production environment.
If all is well we will handover to our support desk ([email protected]), service assurance and an account manager for production support.
