Finally, it's time to go live. Our go-live process is transparent, diligent & brief to ensure the safety of all stakeholders. To take your implementation live, there are two requirements:

Business documents

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we require the following documents to assert some legitimacy of your operations:

Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Business License

A certificate of incorporation/business license is a document that certifies a business as a legal entity in accordance with your country's laws and jurisdiction. The following items should be very clear and legible business name, business number & the issuing authority.

Full names and copies of Identification documents i.e passport/driver's license

This is needed as tangible proof of identity. We DO NOT use the above information for any other purpose than as a regulatory requirement of the financial industry.

To submit the documents log in to your Tingg account and navigate to:

Manage business > Business overview

Upload and submit the documents.

Activation of account

The team at Tingg checkout would inspect the details submitted along with the supporting documents. Once everything checks out, you'll receive an email to notify you that your business account has been successfully created and is ready to receive money.
